FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO YOU HAVE SIZE CHARTS?
If you have any questions regarding product sizes, please make contact with us via email to receive our size guides. Please provide us with the product you wish to purchase as many of our products are of different sizing.
E.g. Our standard Hoods are a different fit to our Oversized Hoods.
AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS AND SIZES?
Item stock relies on the sales demand of any item. All sizes are generally stocked to give our customers a range of options, however once an item is sold out it may not be made available again. If you require an item or size that is not currently available on the site, please feel free to contact our team to discuss availability.
DO YOU DO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
Items will have a maximum of 15 days after receiving the items to be exchanged.
Items for exchange will only be accepted if you have contacted us and we have agreed to swap an item for a different size.
Items will not be swapped for other products or different prints, unless there is an unforeseen issue with the product you received.
If for some reason your order has not came, is faulty or incorrect, you should immediately contact us via our contact form.
WASHING AND CARE OF ITEMS?
Always wash on cold and let items air dry. If there is a need to put items in any dryer, place on low. Do not iron directly over print.
Iron around graphics or turn your product inside out to iron.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY USUALLY TAKE?
Once an item has been sent JaemsCo Clothing has limited control over it.
If for some reason you do not receive your item please contact our team immediately. JaemsCo Clothing estimates that most shipping should take no longer than one week unless items are out of stock and need to be printed, if this occurs you will be notified before a payment is made.
We will do whatever we can to get you your order and will rectify any issue that may occur with our postal service.
You getting your product is our priority.
DO YOU SEND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
At this stage JaemsCo Clothing only ships within Australia, however please contact our team for overseas orders and a shipping rate if you are after one of our items.
